I am a researcher specializing in catalyst development, CO2 capture and utilization, and hydrogen energy. My work has led to the development of advanced materials for CO2 conversion and hydrogen production, resulting in over 22 publications in high-impact journals, competitive research grants, and presentations at international conferences.
I have extensive experience in material characterization techniques and proficiency in data analysis software. Additionally, I have contributed to the development of an innovative instrument that enhances the efficiency of gas separation membranes. My research has been recognized through competitive funding from CSIR, IUAC, and SERB. Committed to advancing clean energy technologies, I actively collaborate on research in CO2 capture and conversion, as well as hydrogen energy.
More about me
I was born and raised in Rajasthan, a region renowned for its rich cultural heritage and serene landscapes. From a young age, I developed a strong curiosity about the world around me, particularly in understanding how things functioned. This innate curiosity ultimately guided me toward a career in science. The encouragement and support of my family and community played a pivotal role in fostering my passion for learning. During my childhood, I became deeply fascinated by the potential of harnessing natural resources, such as water and air, to address critical global challenges. This curiosity set me on a path toward specializing in energy and material science, where I could apply scientific principles to solve real-world problems.
In addition to my professional pursuits, I value maintaining a well-rounded lifestyle through various hobbies that help me stay focused and energized. I am an avid reader, particularly of books on science, technology, and occasionally superhero comics, which offer both intellectual stimulation and personal enjoyment. I deeply admire the work and philosophy of Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam, whose ideals continue to inspire me. Outside of reading, I enjoy playing cricket and watching movies. I also have a strong passion for exploring new cultures, and my travels have enriched both my personal and professional experiences. These activities provide me with a sense of balance and help me recharge, allowing me to remain dedicated and effective in my research.
